After my total knee replacement surgery, I’ve been going through PT with Velocity. Disha and her team are great! It’s been very tough doing PT after the surgery. But Disha has been very caring and encouraging, yet pushing me to do more to get optimum range of motion. Her assistants Joel, Justin and Yolanda are wonderful. I would definitely recommend Velocity.

I worked 1 on 1 with Disha Shah at Velocity Therapy. While most places pass you off to students in training, Velocity Therapy matched me with a highly experienced and skilled PT. She not only greatly helped with recovery in the room, but also assisted with it at home. I highly recommend her to anyone!

I was very grateful to find Velocity Physical Therapy. I was happy with the service from beginning to end. There was a friendly, live person that answered the phone who gave me good information and scheduled me for my first appointment. I was always very satisfied with the physical therapy appointments, including timeliness, cleanliness, exercises, stretching, strengthening, scheduling, billing and homework. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive during my appointments. My recovery went as expected, and I would definitely consider them a resource if I needed in the future.

I fractured my pelvis and suffered other injuries when I crashed my gravel bike in the Santa Cruz Mountains. I first visited Velocity PT using a walker and cane for support. After expert physical therapy, guidance and encouragement, I left feeling stronger than ever! This 60+ year-old man is back running and biking again! Disha, Joel, and Yolanda are fantastic! I highly recommend Velocity PT.
