Regional my best hospital I went for second times. This place gave me unforgettable memories. Everyone in the ER were work professional and caring! I am glad to come next time when I need to go ER again. Included lady security was very friendly showed me how to take bus. I am so grateful many nice and kind people helped me today. Mike, Michael was a Nurse drawn blood, Nino for EKG, Nike, etc…🥰😁👍🤟

I took my 70 year old mother to the emergency room after she fell in the park, thanks to an unleashed dog. All the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful, the security guard proactively brought a wheelchair to wheel my mother in. The male nurse on duty was extremely kind and took good care of my mom. Front desk, X-ray personnel and the ER doctor were all super nice and their diagnosis was accurate. They also attended to my suffering mother immediately with little to no wait time. They accepted her travel insurance from Worldtrips (United PPO). Grateful for this hospital ER and its staff, keep up the awesome work!

During a recent visit to the Emergency Department, I noticed a troubling staffing issue at the check-in desk. Out of four staff members present, only two were actively assisting patients. The other two were engaged in personal conversation, not helping patients or contributing to the workflow. When I respectfully asked one of the working staff about this, I was told that management is aware of the situation but has not taken any action. This was disappointing to hear, especially in a high-stress environment where every patient deserves timely attention and every staff member’s contribution matters. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that leadership will: - Ensure fair workload distribution among front desk staff - Reinforce accountability and professionalism - Improve oversight to support both patients and hardworking team members Patients and families in the ED are often under stress. It’s essential that all staff are focused and engaged. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to positive change.

Unprofessional 4th floor charge Nurse Neomi she said has right to arrange what ever she decided while patient in shortness breathing. Oxygen down from 95 to 60 and call respiratory treatment twice. No nurse came to help. She did to my dad and family on 12/3 and 12/6 again. Call security to walk out with my brother on 12/3 (4 securities) and sister on 12/6 at midnight (3 securities) due to female can not overnight at male patient’s room. My dad didn’t know what’s going on and my sister disappeared and worried after midnight on 12/6. I would say Noemi was on purpose to my family and discriminated. Unprofessional Nurse assistant team (Helen, Steven, Sean) When patient in shortness breathing, they transferred room from private room to 2 patient’s room and flat bed when patient shortness breathing. They said they have nurse to check and adjust position every 2 hours. Actually, no one came to check patient within 4 hours. Neomi said no private room available and there was a new patient needed to be isolated. I walked around the room. There is a private room available. I was complaining to Neomi. Helen was lied to me when she transferred my dad from private room to another room. How can we trust them will careful to take care patient? For elder person (high risk, restricted patient). I didn’t see nurse really took a good care to the patient. I reported to 911 and California health dept for help as well as reported to doctor and case manager next day morning. Even I left message on the wall, they were not care. They didn’t inform patient’s family and transferred around the patient without notifying. Again, Regional should review nurses performance and let them go if they lost their passion to take care patient. Volunteers, interns, they did a lot helping than nurse. I also would like to say thank you to Geary K, interns 3rd floor Liang, 4th floor young guy (20 years old). Very angry patients family.

Rating is for labor&delivery. Great team of nurses and resident doctors! Good meal was provided per our vegetarian preferences. Visitors’ policy can be better communicated.
