The Apple Support of ergonomics companies. We felt good about hiring this company initially- they seemed responsive and competent and we needed help transitioning to WFH for our employees. However, we quickly realized that they were not able to deliver. I'm not sure what happened behind the scenes, but things seemed to be very disorganized and there didn't seem to be much communication between departments/workers. The amount of times I had to follow up on a simple request was staggering. We will not be working with PRN again.

Absolute joke. I've called to pay my bill 5 times. Every time I get transferred to someone and goes to their voicemail. I leave a message, no call back, no one else can help accept payment, no nothing. Meanwhile I get sent to collections for the same bill. Awesome! 👍

Had knee pain which they systematically helped get rid of through strengthening exercises. Very professional and extremely friendly! Highly recommend!
