As an employee at Cupertino Healthcare and Wellness, I can honestly say that working here has been a truly positive and fulfilling experience. I love that we are encouraged to add personal small touches to enhance our patients' stay, whether it's taking the time to sit and chat with them, remembering their preferences, or simply offering a kind word or gesture. My brother in law is currently recovering from a stroke at Cupertino Healthcare and Wellness. The facility is very clean and welcoming. We are very pleased with the staff, they have been very friendly, caring, and professional. I was also aware of the camaraderie of the staff while spending time in the front lobby area. They seem to work very well as a team.We are pleased with the prompt reply to all of our concerns. Every issue addressed has been taken care of. Having our loved one recovering there has given us great peace of mind. We are looking forward to the best outcome possible.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Cupertino Healthcare & Wellness Center under its new administration, and it was an exceptional experience. Inez Mendez guided us through the facility, which was impressively clean and well-maintained. The staff members were incredibly friendly, displaying a genuine care for the patients. The new administrator, Aaron Scott, stood out for his kindness towards everyone - staff, visitors, and patients alike. I highly recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone seeking top-notch care in a welcoming environment. The positive changes under the new administration are truly commendable.

The center is nice,clean and well-maintained.Great service during the day,evening-night time worse.Why does your center have One Star rating in the general list of center? Is this mistake? My hasband is now in San Jose Healthcare & Wellness,this center is worse in terms of cleanliness,smell and servise, but they have a Five Star rating.It"s a shame for you....Thank you very much for the services provided.

It is impossible to please everyone no matter what you do. Also, anyone can make mistake. Important thing is how to resolve issues. Each individual who works at this facility try hard to communicate with patients as well as among employees. It is not a perfect place. It is a place with full of love! TWO THUMBS!!
